We plan exterior work around dry surfaces, not the calendar. Surfaces are washed and allowed to dry, salt-affected metal is treated, and coatings rated for marine exposure are applied when moisture readings allow, so the finish bonds instead of trapping damp.

Coastal humidity moves wood. We refinish cabinetry and interior trim with flexible, durable coatings and seal end grain and edges so the finish stays tight through the seasons.
Process
We look at the home as two zones: the ocean side and everything else. The ocean side gets the most intensive prep and the highest-performance products, and we tell you what that side will need over time. Inside, we match the standard of finish to the age and style of the home instead of applying one generic method.
